Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior HR Manager to be based in London, with frequent travel to satellite offices around the UK, and supporting a headcount of approximately 180 employees.
Responsibilities
The Senior HR Manager will lead the development, implementation, and delivery of the company’s People Strategy, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent to meet business needs. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Senior HR Manager will collaborate with senior colleagues and the Board to align HR initiatives with the business plan.
