A leading consulting firm in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Professional to manage operations in their South West business unit. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8+ years in HR, with a background in construction or related sectors. The role offers autonomy and includes a competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus a package and bonus.
With a 1 billion T/O and aiming to grow to 2 billion in the next 5 to 7 years, my client requires the services of a HR Professional with 5 to 8+ years of experience to work in one of their flagship regional business units.
The business unit this HR professional will be working out of is their South West region.
The ideal candidate would have a background in construction, such as developer, main contractor, or sub-contractor. Experience in infrastructure, aviation, or civils is also desirable. Additionally, candidates from manufacturing, engineering, or real estate backgrounds will be considered.
