Job Summary:

The Senior HR Manager will be based in Ashford, UK, and will be responsible for overseeing HR operations in the UK as well as providing HR support across multiple countries in Europe. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to effectively manage HR initiatives, policies, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company's overall objectives and local regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR services and programs.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

  • Support and advise managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices and initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in HR management roles, including experience working across multiple countries in Europe.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations. Familiarity with employment laws in other European countries is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
