Job summary

Bradgate Education Partnership, Cobden Primary School, is seeking a passionate Preschool Manager to lead our early years provision on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on day-to-day leadership, safeguarding, and delivering a high-quality EYFS curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 EYFS qualification (Level 5+ desirable), proven leadership in an early years setting, and the ability to build strong relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in an early years setting.

We are seeking a dedicated leader who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the preschool, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and promoting an exceptional experience for children, families and staff.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is ready to make a significant impact, driving continuous improvement whilst fostering a positive, inclusive and supportive culture.The Preschool Manager will lead and inspire staff, maintain strong relationships with families and external agencies, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables every child to thrive.
