The Job:
Job Title: Senior HR Manager
Location: London
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:

  1. Work closely with the HR Director for EMEA and key stakeholders to understand the people needs of the practice.
  2. Develop effective working relationships within the business and their client base.
  3. Lead on the delivery of an operationally excellent HR Service.
  4. Support the HR Advisory team and manage all ER-related issues.
  5. Support the graduate and lateral recruitment as required.
  6. Work closely with the L&D team to ensure training needs and development initiatives are delivered.
  7. Ensure the accuracy of people data through regular data auditing.
  8. Oversight of changes to HR policies and procedures, keeping up to date with compliance and legislative requirements.
  9. Provide operational support, guidance, and coaching to client groups on all HR issues.

What is the company looking for?
  1. Prior experience working in Professional Services.
  2. Evidential experience building rapport with internal stakeholders along with external clients.
  3. Confidence operating at both an operational and strategic level.
  4. Demonstrable working knowledge of UK employment law.
  5. Demonstrative experience handling complex ER cases.
  6. Prior line management experience.
  7. A collaborative, supportive working type.
  8. Natural team player who possesses a willingness to take on responsibilities as required.
