Job summary

Potters Resorts is seeking a senior Group HR Manager to lead HR operations at Five Lakes and provide group-wide support for both Five Lakes and Hopton-on-Sea Resorts. You will report to the Group HR Director and work closely with resort management to deliver people-focused solutions across the employee lifecycle.

You will manage complex ER matters, drive recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing and engagement initiatives, and support diversity and inclusion while deputising for the Group HR Director

Qualifications

• Senior HR professional with broad generalist background and ER expertise.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience leading HR initiatives and complex employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, including ER, recruitment, performance, wellbeing, engagement and rewards.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent across Resorts.
• Manage complex ER matters, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances with legally compliant outcomes.
• Collaborate with Group HR to implement initiatives and support succession and development.
• Deputise for the Group HR Director during periods of absence and support cross-resorts HR needs.
