About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior HR Finance Analyst to support our People & Performance (HR) function across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll lead the financial planning, reporting, and analysis for people-related costs – including compensation, variable pay, and workforce planning. This role is critical in driving data-backed decision-making and managing the People ZBB (Zero-Based Budget) process.

What You’ll Do

Deliver monthly people cost analysis and reporting using payroll, HRIS, and finance systems

Own forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for people-related spend

Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for People & Performance

Collaborate with HR, Shared Services, factories, and global teams

Provide insights and reports to support leadership decisions

Support audits and continuously improve finance processes

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (CA/CPA preferred)

Demonstrated experience in HR Finance with a strong understanding of people related financial process

Experience with SAP, Workday, Power BI, CCMS and SRM or similar systems

Analytical mindset and confident communicator

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
