Senior HR Executive – 12-Month FTC
London – Creative Agency – hybrid working

Fourteen People are delighted to be working with the award-winning creative agency to recruit a Senior HR Executive on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative, values-driven business at an exciting time of change. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring people operations run seamlessly while the agency continues to deliver campaigns that make a real difference in society.

The Role

Working closely with the Finance Director, this is a generalist HR role with a strong administrative focus. You’ll be the go-to for all HR queries and oversee the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing recruitment processes and liaising with agencies
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Coordinating appraisals and employee surveys
  • Overseeing HR systems (PeopleHR) and compliance requirements
  • Handling benefits, payroll preparation, contracts, and HR record-keeping
  • Supporting agency initiatives such as social impact internships and IPA membership requirements
  • Preparing HR updates for agency-wide meetings

About You

We’re looking for an HR professional with:

  • Proven HR generalist experience within a creative or agency environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a high level of confidentiality
