We're working with a highly respected professional services firm who are looking for a Senior HR Executive; someone who's passionate about people, commercially astute, and ready to make a meaningful impact.

This role isn't just about HR administration, it's about building trusted relationships, advising managers, and shaping people strategies that help the business thrive. You'll have the opportunity to expand your HR partnering experience in a supportive, collaborative, and people-first environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as a key HR business partner across a diverse business group
  • Coaching managers through employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns with a focus on quality of hire and cultural alignment
  • Driving early careers programmes, including internships and graduate schemes, and representing the firm at career events
  • Supporting performance management, engagement, reward, and well-being initiatives
  • Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement aligned with the People Strategy
  • Championing ED&I, L&D, and ESG initiatives that shape the firm's culture and values
  • Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance, ensuring consistency and compliance

What we're looking for:
  • Essential: Proven HR partnering experience (ideally gained in professional services or corporate HR)
  • A solid grasp of employment law and confidence in handling ER casework
  • End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple levels and roles
  • Experience or strong interest in early talent and engagement initiatives
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • A confident communicator who builds trusted relationships and navigates sensitive issues with care
