Senior HR Data Analyst - SQL - £500 p/day (Inside IR35) - London hybrid

Investigo are supporting the hire of an experienced Senior HR Data Analyst to support a critical transformation project with a major financial services organisation.

The role requires extensive Analytical, SQL and VBA skills to support HR transformation, workforce analytics, and financial planning requirements.

  • £500 p/day (inside IR35)
  • 12 months
  • London (City) Hybrid

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Design and build Excel VBA tools and automation solutions to streamline reporting and data validation processes.
  • Create robust data models to support HR transformation, workforce analytics, and headcount planning

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a HR data analytics or reporting role within financial services.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including experience with stored procedures, triggers, functions, and performance optimisation.
  • Strong Excel VBA development skills for building automation tools, forms, and reporting templates.
  • Experience in data modelling for reporting and analytics
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, people cost forecasting, and workforce planning.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HCM platforms is desirable
  • Previous transformation experience highly desirable - able to look ahead at requirements and be pro-active
