Senior Data Analyst – Organisational Transformation

Bradford 5273339

£273.35 per day PAYE



The role:

This role supports the data analysis needs of the Unitisation programme, a key part of wider organisational transformation. The role involves handling large, fragmented Excel datasets and turning inconsistent data into clear, actionable insights. These insights will inform decisions on organisational design, functional alignment, and cost efficiency, helping to ensure financial sustainability. The analysis will also support accurate savings estimates in line with future Lean (process-focused) and workforce reviews.



Key accountabilities:

Work alongside the Unitisation lead and service managers to interpret specifications derived from functional and structural analysis.
Clean, standardise, and consolidate data from multiple spreadsheets and sources such as organisational charts, establishment list, salaries list, cost codes, tiers, roles
Update figures of insights in presentation slides produced by Unitisation Lead
Develop and manage Excel-based models
Prepare summary tables, charts, and dashboards to present findings to the Unitisation lead and some stakeholders, quickly respond to data queries, use Power- Bi for large data visualisation, maintain version control and documentation for all datasets, models, and outputs.
