As part of the leadership team, you'll mentor, encourage, and align HR functions with broader business strategies, making a significant impact on Reckitt's future growth.

  • Collaborate with the SVP/VP R&D and Leadership Team to drive business priorities within Enabling Capabilities & Medical Science
  • Champion value creation through optimal organization setup, attracting, developing, and retaining talent with a diverse pipeline
  • Guide senior leadership to unify talents and objectives via a shared strategic narrative
  • Lead cultural transformations promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Collaborate with Trade Unions and lead ER initiatives in Hull R&D
  • Partner with CFO and SVP to lead HR and business CFC
  • Work with global HR and COEs to enhance employee experience and regional strategies
  • Cultivate engagement and manage change proactively in a dynamic environment
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, advocating for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local regulations, maintaining Reckitt's reputation as an employer of choice
The experience we're looking for
  • Global HRBP or COE experience, preferably with R&D background supporting global stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
  • Experience in a cross-matrix organization, handling complexity and paradoxes
  • Proven cultural savviness and understanding of developing markets
  • Track record of strategic HR interventions and organizational excellence
  • Ability to lead change and motivate diverse teams
  • Business acumen, value creation, OE, talent management, compliance, and DEI experience
  • Digital fluency and data-driven storytelling skills
  • Creative problem-solving in HR challenges
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, employment law, and people analytics
