About the role
Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Hull, Hybrid Working

Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, bonus, pension, private health, car allowance

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the SVP/VP and leadership team to drive business priorities and strategy.
  2. Champion value creation through optimal organization setup, attracting, developing, and retaining talent with a robust, diverse pipeline.
  3. Guide senior leadership, unifying talents and objectives through a shared strategic narrative.
  4. Ignite cultural transformations that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  5. Collaborate with Trade Unions and lead key Employee Relations work in Hull.
  6. Partner with CFO and SVP of the region to lead HR and business CFC.
  7. Work with global HR and Centers of Excellence to enhance employee experience and adapt strategies to regional needs.
  8. Cultivate engagement and manage change proactively in a dynamic environment.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, advocating for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  10. Ensure HR practices comply with local regulations, maintaining Reckitt's reputation as an employer of choice.
Experience Required
  • Experience as HRBP or in a COE role, ideally within FMCG or pharmaceuticals, with global exposure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage HR and business agendas in complex, cross-matrix organizations.
  • Proven cultural savviness and understanding of developing markets.
  • Track record in designing strategic HR interventions for organizational excellence.
  • Ability to lead change and motivate diverse teams.
  • Strong business acumen, experience in value creation, OE, talent management, compliance, and DEI.
  • Digital fluency and data-driven storytelling skills.
  • Creative problem-solving in HR challenges.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, employment law, and people analytics.
