Fantastic opportunity to join one of London's brightest agencies as a senior HR business partner. Hybrid working (3:2) with offices in a great central London location. Working as part of an HR team and supporting talented, creative, engaged, high-performing teams, you will be responsible for partnering with managers to ensure the delivery of all aspects of the day-to-day, 360-degree HR service. Your role will cover:

1. Managing learning and development programmes
2. Supporting and coaching managers on employee relations issues
3. Change management and employee engagement
4. Talent mapping and recruitment
5. Ensuring compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy change
6. Reward and recognition
7. Working on projects from conception and implementation through to evaluation

The successful candidate will ideally have:

1. A proven track record of success in an HR/People role within media, agencies, or fast-paced client-focused businesses
2. Superb attention to detail
3. The ability to engage and communicate confidently and effectively at all levels throughout the business
4. Team leadership and mentoring skills
