We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and leadership across all HR disciplines throughout EMEA. This role is pivotal in driving HR initiatives and fostering a culture that aligns with the company's vision and objectives. The HRBP will partner with senior leadership and business managers to develop and implement people strategies that promote performance, growth, and operational excellence. Key activities for this role will include:
Partner with senior business leaders and managers to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business objectives across EMEA. Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Collaborate with Head of Talent Acquisition to help lead the recruitment strategy for senior and critical roles across EMEA, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent. Collaborate with the L&D Partner to assist with succession planning and career development programs to foster internal talent growth.
Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management. Lead efforts to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Oversee the development and execution of performance management processes across EMEA.
Lead HR initiatives associated with organisational change, restructuring, and transformation. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with the company's goals and values.
Work closely with the Compensation and Benefit Lead to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages, assisting with the implementation of a Global Grading structure.
Ensure that HR practices are in compliance with local laws and regulations across all EMEA jurisdictions. Provide guidance on legal matters, HR policies, and organisational risk management.
Collaborate with the Head of HRIS to develop analytics and metrics reporting to track the effectiveness of HR strategies, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
