As an HR Change Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change across the business. Partnering with senior leaders and HR teams, you will lead and support people-focused change initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. This hands-on role requires a good understanding of organizational design, change management, ER and workforce planning, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will ensure seamless implementation and sustained impact of change programmes.

Responsibilities
- Change Planning & Execution: Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effects of change on employees, structures, and processes.
- Develop and manage project plans for HR-related change initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive alignment across multiple change programs, ensuring consistency in approach and execution.
- Create updates on progress against plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure engagement and smooth implementation of change.
- Support managers in developing clear communication plans to guide employees through transitions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill managers on organizational design and employee relations (ER) processes.
- Provide expert advice to leaders, equipping them to navigate change effectively.
- Manager Enablement & Capability Building: Develop practical toolkits and guides to support managers in leading change.
- Ensure managers understand key steps and processes related to organizational change and restructuring.
- Equip leaders with the skills to manage resistance, communicate effectively, and support their teams.
- Collaboration with HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs): Work closely with CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Reward, HR Operations, and Shared Services) to develop and implement solutions that enable successful change programs.
- Coordinate activities and planning with CoEs to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Partner with HRBPs and ER specialists to manage people-related risks and change resistance.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in HR change management and transformation within a fast-paced, global organization (ideally in recruitment or professional services).
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in structuring and delivering HR change initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple change programs simultaneously and work effectively with project teams.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience developing manager guides and training materials.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Solid understanding of ER processes and the ability to work with ER specialists to address people-related risks such as redundancy, TUPE and restructures.
