About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our high-impact team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments, is energized by scale and speed, and is passionate about building high-performing teams and innovative programs.

ABOUT THIS TEAM

As a key strategic advisor to senior leaders, you will partner closely with the business and the broader HR function to drive organizational effectiveness, support change, and influence talent strategies. We are a global organization and you will need to be comfortable arranging your schedule to accommodate different time zones, as needed. This position would be supporting the sales and marketing functions at BOLD.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing senior leaders, helping to align business and people strategies in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
  • Lead workforce planning, org design, and talent strategies that support scale and adaptability
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy HR programs (e.g., performance, engagement, compensation) in a way that aligns with business goals
  • Bring an analytical mindset to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and guide data-informed decisions across talent and organizational priorities
  • Influence and coach leaders through organizational change, team development, and leadership effectiveness efforts
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across the HR team, identifying and addressing gaps and opportunities in how we support the business
  • Contribute to the development of HRBP team capabilities, particularly around data fluency, business acumen, and strategic planning

What You'll Need

  • 7–10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with demonstrated success supporting senior leaders in high-growth, complex organizations in Sales, Marketing, or SaaS
  • Strong business acumen and ability to operate as a thought partner and problem-solver, not just a program executor
  • A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to operate with speed and intention in dynamic environments
  • Demonstrated ability to scale HR strategies and programs in alignment with business needs
  • Comfort using data and analytics to inform recommendations, influence stakeholders, and measure impact
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, low-ego approach
  • Passion for elevating the craft of HRBP work, especially in fast-paced and evolving organizations

What's Good To Have

  • Experience in tech or similarly agile, high-growth environments, specifically marketing and sales functions
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools or workforce planning models
  • Experience in post M&A

BENEFITS

Outstanding Compensation

  • Competitive salary
  • Bi-annual bonus
  • 401(k) plan with match
  • Equity in company
  • Flexible spending accounts (health, dependent care)
  • Internet and home office reimbursement

100% Full Health Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision (optional plans for your family)
  • Life & long-term disability insurance (optional)
  • Mental health support and resources
  • Wellness reimbursement (gym, health apps, etc.)
  • Pet Insurance (optional)

Flexible Time Away

  • Flexible PTO
  • Sick time policy
  • Observed holidays

Salary & Eligibility

Starting pay range: $115,000—$155,000 USD
