A prominent recruitment firm is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to shape and drive HR strategy across various teams. This role is integral in supporting approximately 250 employees and involves collaboration with senior management to deliver strategic HR solutions. Candidates should hold a CIPD qualification and a degree, alongside relevant experience in the FMCG industry. This position offers a competitive salary, bonus, and car allowance.
Package: £80,000 – £85,000 + 20% Bonus + £8,000 Car Allowance

The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD qualification alongside a degree in HR, Business, or a related field, and will bring proven experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent role. You will also have a strong background within the FMCG, Consumer, or Packaged Goods sectors, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, commercially driven environments.
The Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the HR agenda across the Commercial and Corporate functions, supporting around 250 employees. Reporting to the HR Director, the role will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions, underpinned by robust data and analytics. This is a high-profile role within a Centre of Excellence model, where the postholder will be empowered to influence, lead change, and deliver value through both strategic projects and hands-on business partnering.
