A leading recruitment firm in Sheffield is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join on an interim basis for 12 months. This role involves supporting senior leadership in executing the People strategy, advising on HR matters, and enhancing employee well-being and growth. A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is required along with significant expertise in employee relations and organizational change.
Start Date: ASAP, ideally an immediate start

As a Senior HR Business Partner you will support the Senior leadership to inform the development and execution of the People strategy and act as a trusted advisor to management for all HR related matters.
