Senior HR Business Partner, Manufacturing

Permanent, Sidcup UK, site-based with occasional UK travel as required

As Senior People and Culture (P & C) Business Partner, you will report into the Director, People and Culture, Customer Service & Supply Chain, and will be responsible for the Sidcup Manufacturing Site, leading on the People Plan activities and labour relations at site.

With passion for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP’s) business, you will contribute to and implement the organisation’s People and Culture strategy so that the organisation attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. You will partner closely with the site Director and leadership team at Sidcup whilst being part of a broader GB People and Culture team for Customer Service & Supply Chain.

You will be responsible for providing advice, guidance, direction and consultative services concerning all People and Culture related subjects to the business. You will work in close cooperation with other internal People and Culture teams, or Centres of Expertise to provide the business with an effective service, based on a deep understanding of the business environment, strategy and people management implications. You will also ensure proactive and effective communication with the union representatives, and a strong collaborative relationship, leading to successful pay negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement people and culture strategies aligned with the organisation's goals
  2. Lead discussions on Talent Management and succession planning
  3. Champion Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity initiatives
  4. Support the Engagement Action Plan and employee engagement efforts
  5. Build strong union relationships and facilitate effective pay negotiations
  6. Assist with recruitment, disciplinary cases, and absence management

The Experience You'll Bring:

  1. Proven experience in a senior HR role within Manufacturing preferably or FMCG
  2. Deep experience of Trade Unions
  3. Strong stakeholder relationship skills
  4. Ability to balance strategic and operational thinking

Your Skills and Essentials:

  1. A relevant University postgraduate degree
  2. Ability to manage complex issues and think creatively
  3. Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  4. Advanced Microsoft skills and data analytical abilities
  5. Integrity, discretion, and diplomacy

  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
