A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support the development and execution of the People strategy. This role involves advising management on HR matters and managing complex employee relations, including organisational restructures. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and relevant HR qualifications. This position is home-based for a 12-month fixed-term contract with an annual salary of approximately £56k.

As a Senior HR Business Partner you will support the Senior leadership to inform the development and execution of the People strategy and act as a trusted advisor to management for all HR related matters.
