You'll be joining our Human Resources team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

  • The role is permanent and full time
  • Based in our support centre with hybrid working you will be in the office 1-2 days a week

Your future, your role

As a Senior HR Business Partner you'll be:

  • Responsible for business partnering the Support Centre Leadership Team, acting as a trusted advisor and coach, to increase leadership capability and support the effective embedment of organisational change.
  • Providing robust, solution-focused support on people-related matters including talent, succession, retention, performance and team structure.
  • Working with a dotted line into the Head of Organisational Design, involvement in target operating model work and supporting stakeholders to embed and sustain change.
  • Providing business and professional insights that inform and support the people plan and proposition proposals.
  • Ensuring appropriate and effective commissioning of People / HR team services and SMEs, such as ER, Reward, Organisation Design, Learning and Resourcing.

Your skills:

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, including working with senior functional stakeholders in a large organisation.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills at a senior level with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Experience of championing and supporting the embedment of change.
  • Ability to objectively analyse and evaluate anecdotal and reported data to identify trends, themes and opportunities.
  • Some organisation design experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
