A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a 12-month interim role in London. The successful candidate will support the leadership in executing the People strategy and act as an advisor on HR matters. Ideal applicants will have extensive experience in HR business partnering, particularly in organizational change, and hold relevant HR qualifications. This role involves significant responsibilities in employee relations and management of change programs.
Start Date: ASAP, ideally an immediate start
I am working with one of my clients as they look to recruit a Senior HR professional to join them on an interim basis, for a period of 12 months.
The Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will support the Senior leadership to inform the development and execution of the People strategy and act as a trusted advisor to management for all HR related matters.
