A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support the development and execution of their People strategy. This home-based position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, ideal for an experienced professional in organizational change and HR management. Candidates should have HR qualifications and a proven track record in employee relations. Immediate start is preferred.

Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Homebased

Term: 12 month FTC

Start Date: ASAP, ideally an immediate start

I am working with one of my clients as they look to recruit a Senior HR professional to join them on an interim basis, for a period of 12 months.

The Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will support senior leadership to develop and execute the People strategy and act as a trusted advisor for HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of the People strategy.
  • Embed business partnering to align HR aims across directorates.
  • Ensure effective HR partnering to support strategy execution.
  • Assist in creating effective Trade Union partnerships.
  • Work with managers and staff to build capabilities and promote employee wellbeing and growth.
About You:
  • Experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, especially in organizational change.
  • Knowledge of strategic HR Business Partnering.
  • HR qualifications (Graduate or Chartered CIPD) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing employee relations, restructures, TUPE transfers.
  • Experience leading people management change programs.
  • Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, redundancy, and performance issues.
  • Line management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
