EnQuest Britain Limited is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to deliver responsive employee relations support and HR policy guidance for designated client groups. You will manage absence, performance, and disciplinary processes, and work with managers to embed HR best practices across the business.

The role includes ownership of induction activities, right-to-work checks, and coordination of contractor paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employee relations guidance and case handling.
• Demonstrable data handling with HR metrics and MI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary HR contact for client groups, providing timely, pragmatic advice.
• Support line managers with employee relations processes (Performance/Disciplinary/Grievance).
• Own induction processes and ensure right-to-work checks are completed.
• Oversee contracts paperwork for candidates and respond to HR inquiries.
