Job summary

A not for profit organisation in West Auckland is seeking an experienced HR professional for a 3-month contract focusing on ER case management. You will handle a variety of ER cases, including disciplinary actions and performance management, with hybrid and flexible working options available. Candidates must be eligible to work in New Zealand and able to start on short notice.

Job description

We’d love to hear from you if you have strong ER skills and are looking for a 3 month contract contributing in a not for profit organisation doing really important work in the community. Hybrid work and flexibility in hours, West Auckland based offices.

Here’s what you’ll be doing
You’ll hit the ground running, picking up a range of ER case management and working autonomously to resolve issues. This could include all aspects of disciplinary, performance management, misconduct, medical incapacity – handling them end to end.

Skills and experience you’ll bring
You’re an experienced HR generalist with strong, demonstrable experience handling a broad range of ER cases and are happy to focus in this area.
