About the job
As a Senior HR Advisor, within the HR team, you will provide generalist HR advice and administrative support to all UK and Ireland employees across both Retail and Office.
Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing expert advice and coaching to line managers, in line with company policy, procedures and terms and conditions of employment.
- Acting as the first point of contact for policy and ER process queries.
- Advising, leading and supporting with investigations, grievances, disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations and other employee relations matters.
- Working closely with the HR Assistant, HR Business Partners, and the sales team. They will manage the ER caseload across the regions.
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager for monthly payroll, administering any changes in Workday as necessary and signposting any ad hoc payments, deductions, and changes where appropriate.
- Working closely with the Global Business Services (GBS) team to ensure all administrative legal/contractual/compliance issues are completed for colleagues in the market escalating any concerns to the Regional HRBP’s or Head of HR where appropriate.
- Act as the local custodian of ServicePoint, responding to ServicePoint enquiries and triaging any complex ER case load to the Regional HRBP’s where necessary.
- Accurate and timely inputting, and updating of, data in Workday.
About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR role within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation
- University degree would be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- CIPD level 3 or 5 would be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday would be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders of all level
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage personal, sensitive, and confidential information in a professional manner
