Job summary

Group Lotus is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the Group Human Resources Department at our Coventry site. You will report to the HR Business Partner and take the lead on employee relations, HR analytics, and performance management processes across the UK.

You will also support HR projects, provide training to managers, and drive engagement initiatives. The role is a 3–6 month FTC, based on-site in Coventry, with eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or similar role.
• Self-driven and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage and prioritise high volume of work.
• CIPD qualification desired (Level 3 or 5).

Responsibilities

• Lead on employee relations, investigations, and hearing cases.
• Analyse HR data to identify key themes.
• Update HR policies and procedures as required.
• Update templates and forms in line with policy changes.
• Provide training to managers on HR policies.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Ensure bi-annual and annual reviews are completed; support performance plans.
• Provide coaching to managers and employees; drive engagement actions.

To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Senior HR Advisor in the Group Human Resources Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.

This is a 3 - 6 month FTC

Summary

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role will provide first line advice and support to the business and its employees in the UK. They will take the lead on all employee relations, HR analytics and identification of key themes, our annual performance management process, and many more crucial aspects of our HR lifecycle. They will also support functional projects when required.

What You’ll Do

• Taking the lead on all aspects of employee relations including support investigations, hearing cases, supporting, and guiding managers.

• Make significant updates/changes to HR policy and procedure as required; develop and implement new HR policy and procedure as required, working with the broader HR team for synergy and consistency.
• Updating templates/forms/processes in line with business need and policy changes, working with the broader HR team for synergy and consistency.
• Provide training to managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Support projects/initiatives when required.
• Lead on ensuring bi-annual reviews and annual reviews are complete across the business as well as any performance enhancement plans.
• Provide advice and coaching for managers and employees.
• Drive engagement survey, results sharing and action planning.
