A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a full-time, permanent role primarily remote, with occasional office visits in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex employee relations and strong stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include providing HR advice, coaching managers, and presenting key HR metrics. The salary ranges from £38,000 to £39,000 annually.

We are currently working in partnership with an UK specialist social care and education provider, who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position primarily remote, with 1/2 days per month in their head office in the West Midlands, and a salary of £38,000 to £39,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of complex employee relations casework and strong stakeholder managerial experience.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Provide timely HR advice on absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance, probation and case management, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
Support and guide the HR Advisor, ensuring advice aligns with best practice and business needs
Coach managers in applying HR policies fairly and consistently.
Advise on employment matters including redundancy, TUPE and organisational change, attending sites where needed
Prepare and present HR data on key metrics such as absence, turnover and performance to senior leaders
Contribute to policy updates, employment documents and HR projects
Manage a complex caseload with competing priorities and tight timescales, including cases of safeguarding issues, abuse and theft
Support general HR administration including issuing letters and change documents
Uphold confidentiality while meeting safeguarding responsibilities
Experience required:
5 years operational experience working in an advisory capacity
Experience in managing complex ER issues and supporting colleagues throughout these processes
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Ability to research, analyse and reason logically within tight and conflicting timeframes
Resilient to manage demanding colleagues and sensitive ER Issues
Ability to present information and analytics to senior management
CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Practice
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday
9am-5pm
