We're looking for an employee relations expert to join our friendly central ER team as part of our centralised HR Helpline Team. Based at our head office in Bradford, this role involves offering clear, confident, and caring HR support to store managers and colleagues across the UK. Responsibilities include managing absence, performance issues, disciplinary matters, and investigations, providing guidance via phone, video calls, and email.
You will need to be in the office at least 2 days per week, and support weekend cover 1 in 4 due to our retail operation running 7 days a week.
