Job description

The CMA HR Division are working exclusively in partnership with a large international organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused HR service. This role involves advising managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, policy implementation, absence management, and recruitment.

What will the Senior HR Advisor role involve?

  1. Provide professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  2. Support managers with employee relations issues, including absence, performance, and grievance matters.
  3. Coordinate recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interviews, and offers.
  4. Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and prepare reports as needed.
  5. Assist with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Suitable Candidate for the Senior HR Advisor:
