Role Overview:
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be at the heart of the organisation. Working within the Council’s HR team, you will act as a relationship manager with schools and uphold and represent our missions, values, and behaviours, to support the delivery of outstanding education across our borough.
You will manage case work and provide expert advice on all aspects of people management. You will develop outstanding working relationships with senior leaders and colleagues and proactively support them with professional HR advice, information and guidance.
