My client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a competent Senior HR Advisor to support the HR Manager and contribute to their continued success. This will be an on-site role working in Nelson (Lancashire), with an attractive benefits package and an early finish on a Friday.

Your New Role

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the HR team, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance across the organisation. You will work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Advising on HR policies and procedures
  2. Managing recruitment and selection processes
  3. Handling employee relations issues
  4. Supporting performance management and development initiatives
  5. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  6. Contributing to HR projects and initiatives

What You Will Need to Succeed

  1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the manufacturing or a similar industry
