Job description

Join our collaborative and innovative HR Team, supporting our international business across various HR functions. As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you'll work closely with key stakeholders, delivering strategic and operational HR support to drive engagement, performance, and retention. This is a varied and fast-paced role offering opportunities to lead on initiatives, projects, and annual processes.

What You'll Do:
• Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide trusted HR advice, and implement initiatives to support business goals.
• Resourcing: Support recruitment processes, manage secondments, and oversee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, manage absence cases, and provide benefits advice.
• Performance Management: Support performance reviews, training needs, promotions, and salary reviews.
• Other: Produce MI reports, lead on projects, and support engagement survey delivery.

Who We're Looking For:
• Proven HR experience, ideally with strong business partnering skills.
• Graduate calibre and/or CIPD qualified (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work autonomously, manage complex workloads, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organisational, and Excel skills.
