An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor within an independent Human Resource Support Specialist based in Birmingham in the West Midlands. This is a full-time role based in our clients’ Sutton Coldfield office.

They understand that Human Resource Management is an area that many companies find a minefield and incredibly time-consuming. Our client is looking for an excellent HR Advisor who will be the Senior/Team Leader for our advice team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, solution-focused, and will understand how internal processes, collaborative working, and pragmatic advice combine to deliver an excellent HR Service to their clients.

The role offers a 37.5-hour workweek, based in the office, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.
