Royal Greenwich is seeking a Senior HR Adviser – Schools to provide expert HR guidance to a group of schools, acting as the primary advisory link to headteachers and school managers. The role also supports the HR Manager in delivering high-level operational advice within the Education domain.

Ideally CIPD qualified or part-qualified, or with at least two years' relevant experience, you will bring strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruitment, and policy implementation

• Requires professional HR advisory experience, preferably in schools or education settings.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR management.
• Experience collaborating with managers, staff, and unions to improve service delivery.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and staff development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR advice and interventions to Headteachers and school managers.
• Act as HR link officer to a group of schools, delivering professional, customer-focused support.
• Support the HR Manager with high-level operational and complex HR advice to governing bodies.
