• Strong experience with Linux and performing hardware repairs is a must.
• Experience of configuration management tools such as Ansible and Linux kernel.
• Strong script writing skills on platforms such as Python, Bash, etc.
• Experience with Job Schedulers such as PBS Pro/Slurm and with Infiniband is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of planned maintenance actions and outcomes within the case management systems.
• Ensure compliance with customer rules for change management controls.
• Possess excellent customer interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Provide a professional and positive approach to the customer in the execution of all duties.
