Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Ltd seeks an experienced Senior HPC Engineer to support and evolve enterprise HPC platforms used for research and engineering in a hybrid Stevenage-based role.

The successful candidate will administer Linux (RHEL), Slurm, and Nvidia GPU environments, including DGX/HGX systems, and provide compute support to researchers and engineers. The role combines hands-on administration with automation and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HPC environments.
• 2) Strong administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9).
• 3) Hands-on Slurm in production environments.
• 4) Experience with Nvidia GPU platforms including DGX/HGX.
• 5) Proficient with CUDA and GPU-accelerated workloads.
• 6) Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot production HPC environments.
• Manage Slurm scheduling infrastructure.
• Install, patch, and support RHEL systems.
• Deploy Nvidia DGX/HGX platforms and drivers.
• Monitor cluster performance and resource usage.
• Support researchers and engineers running compute workloads.
• Develop automation and maintain technical documentation.
