HIJOBS is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to shape safe, sustainable homes across Argyll & Bute. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, leading critical compliance areas and driving service excellence for communities.

You’ll manage a team, use data to influence investment decisions, and ensure homes remain safe and fully compliant while collaborating with colleagues across the organisation.

Formación

• Significant experience in property compliance, building safety or asset management.
• Educated to degree level with a management qualification or willingness to study toward SCQF Level 7 or CMI Level 5.
• Membership of a relevant professional body and health and safety training such as IOSH, RoSPA or SMSTS.
• Strong knowledge of housing compliance and health & safety legislation.
• Experience managing contracts, budgets and performance information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on key compliance areas including asbestos, legionella and specialist servicing contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver excellent services to customers.
• Provide expert advice and manage a dedicated team ensuring safety and compliance.
• Collaborate across the organisation to influence property management decisions.
