AvroKO in London is seeking a senior interior designer to join our studio and lead a design team across hospitality-driven spaces. You’ll work on restaurants, bars, hotels and multi-family residential projects within a global network spanning four cities.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering conceptually driven design to a high caliber. We seek applicants with 8+ years of post-graduate experience, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years post-graduate design experience in high-end hospitality design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading design teams and building client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong conceptual approach to design and persuasive presentation skills.
• Collaborative, leadership mindset across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team toward external presentations including mood boards, 3D modeling, renderings, CAD drawings, FF&E specs.
• Present work persuasively both internally and externally.
• Act as liaison between principal in charge and design team during the design process.
• Coordinate and produce technical drawings and material schedules.
• Review documents for design intent and technical accuracy.
• Manage design coordination with consultants and owner.
• Mentor interior designers.
• Coordinate with design managers on scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with studio to promote design excellence.
