  • Are you tenacious enough to create something fking legendary?**
  • Driven by the hunger to crush growth and maximise revenue?
  • Ready to shatter the norm and build the future of hospitality?
  • If you’re here to win and make a real impact, we want you.

At Lean Kitchen Network (LKN), we’re on a mission to create the world’s most remarkable restaurant brands and food experiences. We push boundaries on flavour, disrupt old-school models, and help our partners achieve more. Our suite of digital-first and onsite food brands are live in over 300 kitchens across the UK — spanning operators like hotels, universities, pubs, QSR, restaurants, and more.

We partner with global icons like Doritos, Heinz, PepsiCo, and Unilever to bring bold food concepts to life and unlock real value for our partners. We also create and scale our own digital-first and onsite food brands — including Twisted, the largest social media food network in Europe, and Wingfest, the world’s biggest chicken wing festival — as part of a growing portfolio of owned and partner-led concepts.

The Role

As Senior Hospitality Growth & Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will take ownership of our hospitality partnerships — designing the proposition, managing the launch, and driving revenue growth across multiple sites.

You’ll be responsible for turning signed contracts into high-performing partnerships by building tailored food experiences across all revenue streams (à la carte, room service, delivery, events, and more). You’ll collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to make sure every detail is executed flawlessly and every site hits its commercial potential.

This role is about crushing growth, driving revenue, operational execution, and long-term partner success. You’ll inherit and grow relationships, build from scratch when needed, and ensure our hospitality channel thrives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Deliver Propositions: Create bespoke food and brand propositions tailored to partner environments — from à la carte and room service to delivery and event catering.
  • Partner Onboarding & Launch: Lead the end-to-end launch process, ensuring kitchens are set up, teams are trained, and revenue channels are activated.
  • Commercial Ownership: Take full accountability for the commercial success of each partner, ensuring brand fit, menu performance, and sales growth.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to execute launches and maximise in-venue performance (e.g. POS, signage, digital menus, campaigns).
  • Account Management: Build long-term, high-trust relationships with hospitality partners, becoming their go-to contact and champion within LKN.
  • Growth Strategy: Identify and activate untapped revenue streams within each site or account, continually optimising performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Be the voice of the partner internally, ensuring consistent delivery, issue resolution, and retention.
  • Asset & Guide Creation: Lead the development of partner-facing assets, toolkits, and operational guides to ensure consistent standards, smooth onboarding, and scalable delivery across sites.
  • On-Site Collaboration: Travel to partner sites as needed to work shoulder-to-shoulder with operators, ensuring seamless execution and addressing any operational challenges in real-time.

Who You Are

  • Data-driven: You make decisions based on solid data, using insights to drive performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimise results.
  • Commercially focused: You have a sharp eye for revenue growth and maximizing profit across all partnerships, with a strong ability to spot opportunities and capitalise on them.
  • A strategic executor, Details matter and a customer-first mindset
  • Experienced in hospitality operations, food service delivery, or brand proposition development
  • An excellent cross-functional collaborator, able to work across culinary, ops, and marketing
  • Obsessed with driving partner success, crushing growth, and maximizing revenue
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Relationship-oriented — you know how to nurture accounts, keep stakeholders engaged, and bring value long after launch

Experience Required

  • 5+ years in hospitality, commercial delivery, or strategic account roles
  • Experience in executing food concepts within hotel, restaurant, leisure, or campus environments
  • Proven ability to lead launches, deliver partner success, and drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of food delivery, menus, operations, and partner marketing
  • Comfortable managing complex projects and navigating multiple stakeholders

What You’ll Get

  • A senior role at one of the UK’s fastest-growing food networks
  • Real ownership of key accounts and hospitality strategy
  • Exposure to global brands and top-tier hospitality groups
  • Hybrid work flexibility and a dynamic, fast-paced team culture
