Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Home Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver outstanding, person-centred care within one of our care homes. You will promote high standards, governance, and the effective day‑to‑day management of the home.

Qualifications

• Inspirational leadership and a passion for person-centred care.
• Proven track record developing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Strong organisational and management skills with a commercially minded approach.
• Experience in care home management, marketing and occupancy strategies.
• Solid understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Proven ability to build strong links within the local community.
