Job summary

Care UK is seeking a passionate Home Manager for Snowdrop House. You will lead all staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high quality care within the home. You will manage budgets and engage with residents, relatives and external agencies to uphold Care UK’s standards.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive, inclusive team environment across the home.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years Home Manager experience.
• Care of older people in Residential and Dementia settings.
• Ability to manage budgets and accounts.
• Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and effective management for all staff in the home.
• Promote a caring environment in line with guidelines, best practice, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure effective financial and commercial management of the home according to company policy.
• Maintain high satisfaction levels and strong relationships with relatives, residents and external agencies.
