Job summary

Call-In Homecare Ltd in Scotland is seeking an experienced Homecare Coordinator to manage care packages, rosters and service delivery for East Dunbartonshire, West Dunbartonshire and Renfrewshire. The role involves liaising with referrals, setting up client care packages on People Planner, and coordinating visiting schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a background in health and social care, strong communication and leadership skills, a valid driving licence, and be willing to undertake SVQ

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Coordinator in Health & Social Care preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain a high quality care service.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Valid driving licence and access to own transport.
• Willingness to work toward SVQ Level 3 if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local authority referrals team to match new packages of care.
• Set up service users' packages on the rostering system (People Planner).
• Schedule service visits and Homecare working rosters.
• Communicate with frontline staff about service delivery.
• Participate in the branch office's out-of-hours on-call.
• Report effectively to the Service Manager and colleagues.
