Qualifikationen

• Full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Female only due to client preference.
• Senior care experience required.
• Experience in roles such as Senior care assistant, caregiver, care worker is valued.

Aufgaben

• Perform spot checks, competency checks and observations to maintain care standards.
• Support the Care Manager with the on call system.
• Provide leadership and in-field training & supervision to new team members.
• Assist in delivering high-quality, personalised care in clients' homes.
