Job summary

Radfield Home Care Bath/Radstock is seeking compassionate female care assistants to support our female clients across Bath, Radstock and Keynsham. You will help with daily living, personal care and companionship, enabling clients to remain independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

Experience in home care preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills and command of English.
Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
Over 18 years old with the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for each client.
Communicate with clients, families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance well-being.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and changes in condition.
Support clients in engaging with their community and activities.
