- Lead development and application of engineering standards and assurance across highways services.
- Scrutinise designs, specifications and technical solutions and provide challenge on high-risk issues.
- Work across project and asset lifecycle to improve design quality, buildability and delivery.
- Provide authoritative highways advice on development proposals and secure mitigation and technical approvals.
