Our Major Projects and Development Management team are responsible for delivering highways projects from early concepts and planning stages through to construction works and handing over assets for future maintenance. We make sure projects and services are delivered within budget and on time.
We represent the Highway Authority's interests in the planning stages, negotiate mitigation measures and contributions for new developments. We ensure third parties follow the statutory processes around planning consent, technical approval, and the council's governance.
