Kier Group plc. is seeking a Senior Highways & Drainage Engineer to lead delivery of construction engineering services across highways and drainage, focusing on safe, buildable solutions and temporary and permanent works design.

You'll mentor others, manage multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships and contribute to bid winning and technical excellence across a diverse nationwide project portfolio.

Qualificações

• Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g. IEng MICE) with relevant experience.
• Experienced in highways and drainage engineering with demonstrable technical expertise.
• Confident in leading design projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled in temporary works design, checking, and providing technical solutions.
• Able to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

As a Senior Highways & Drainage Engineer, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering construction engineering services that are safe, innovative and buildable. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of construction engineering services, focusing on highways and drainage solutions. You'll play a key role in providing safe, buildable solutions across temporary and permanent works design, supporting bid winning activities, and contributing to technical excellence. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you'll help shape innovative approaches while mentoring others and building strong client relationships. Your day to day will include:

We're looking for a Senior Highways & Drainage Engineer to join our team based in various locations. Location: Birmingham / Bristol / Cambridge / Cardiff / Glasgow / Leeds / Liverpool / London / Manchester / Newcastle / Norwich - agile working, with up to 1-2 days per week from home if desired

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
