Required skills and qualifications:

• Demonstrable skills in Highway Design, including full project lifecycle management and budget control
• Knowledge of DMRB, TSRGD, Traffic Signs Manual, Manual for Streets, and local authority standards
• Understanding of CDM Regulations responsibilities
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software
• Experience with AutoCAD, KeySign, KeyLines, and signing and lining schemes
• Knowledge of LTN 1/20
• Full UK driving licence
• Educated to BEng / MEng level in Civil Engineering or equivalent
